Al-Saleh Project for Medical Assistance to Yemeni Patients Abroad
A humanitarian (charitable) project inspired by the teachings of Islam, based on the saying of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ: “Protect your wealth by paying zakat, and treat your sick with charity.”
The project extends a helping hand to Yemeni patients receiving treatment abroad who struggle to bear the high costs of medical care, by providing direct financial support. The Foundation seeks through this initiative to ease their suffering and bring smiles to their faces.
Project Objectives:
Alleviate the suffering of patients.
Provide moral and financial support to patients.
Assist patients who are unable to afford treatment costs.
Project Start Date: 2020
Beneficiaries:
30 patients monthly, including:
15 cancer patients
5 patients with kidney failure requiring kidney transplants
5 patients with liver disease requiring liver transplants
5 heart patients requiring surgical intervention
Project Locations:
The project targets Yemeni patients in three countries:

Al-Saleh Ramadan Assistance Project
A seasonal yet sustainable humanitarian (charitable) project that supports poor and vulnerable families by providing financial aid to cover their basic needs.
Launched during the holiest month of the year, when good deeds are multiplied, in line with the saying of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ: “The best charity is given in Ramadan.”
The project involves assessing needs, planning and identifying beneficiaries and target areas, securing assistance, and distributing it to needy families in an organized and fair manner to strengthen social solidarity. Finally, the project tracks beneficiary numbers and evaluates performance for continuous improvement.
Project Objectives:
Relieve the financial burden on poor and vulnerable families during Ramadan.
Bring joy and happiness to the hearts of families most in need.
Promote compassion and solidarity within society.
Seek God’s pleasure and the reward of charitable acts during Ramadan.
Beneficiaries:
22,000 families annually:
11,000 displaced families living in camps
11,000 families from host communities

Al-Saleh Relief Project for Victims of Floods
A humanitarian relief project designed to provide urgent support to those affected by floods. It includes distributing essential food baskets and shelter materials, with a focus on meeting immediate needs and easing the hardships caused by floods and heavy rainfall.
The project process includes assessing damages, identifying needs, and planning the distribution of aid to affected families according to the type of damage, ensuring fairness and organization while reinforcing social solidarity.
Project Objectives (Flood Relief Project):
Provide essential needs:

mattresses and blankets.

Reduce the suffering of families who lost their homes and belongings due to heavy rains and floods.

Al-Saleh Orphan Sponsorship Project
A sustainable humanitarian (charitable) initiative encouraged by Islam due to its great reward, as reflected in the saying of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ: “I and the one who cares for an orphan will be like this in Paradise,” and he pointed with his index and middle fingers.
The project aims to support as many orphans as possible—children who have lost their sole provider and have no guardian or source of income, and who belong to the poorest and most vulnerable families. It provides them with consistent monthly financial assistance to help meet their basic living needs, in addition to psychological support to ensure they grow up in a safe and stable environment with dignity.
Project Objectives:
Improve the living standards of orphans and provide opportunities for education and training.
Promote social solidarity, social responsibility, and the values of peace, tolerance, and unity, while strengthening community ties.
Achieve psychological and social stability for orphans and reduce the burden on social care institutions.
Beneficiaries:
1,440 orphans supported across 450 families

Alsaleh Project: “Treatment and Emergency Aid within the Country”
A sustainable humanitarian (charitable) project that aims to provide urgent medical, financial, or food support to families living below the poverty line, who are most in need, have no source of income, and have been exposed to sudden circumstances (fire, house collapse, etc.) , or suffering from a chronic illness and unable to afford treatment, or unable to secure their daily sustenance.
Project objectives:
1. Provide treatment for patients with chronic diseases who are unable to afford it.
2. Ease the burden on families who have suffered a disaster.
3. Provide basic food needs for families who are unable to secure their daily sustenance.
Project beneficiaries:
42 families per month, including 10 patients with diabetes, 10 patients with high blood pressure, 10 patients with kidney failure who need dialysis, 10 families who cannot afford their daily sustenance, and 2 families who have suffered a disaster.
Project location:
The project targets all governorates of the Republic of Yemen without exception.
